Wim Hof Breathing
Try this short breath meditation to relax. Research has shown it to be effective for decreasing inflammation, increasing blood pH and decreasing tension.
Allow for at least 25 minutes to lie down while doing the breathing. You may feel light-headed or tingling sensations during the exercise.
